EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
You can send back or swap items within 14 days of getting them.
Rules to follow:
• Items must have their original tags on (no cutting them off!)
• No stains, scratches, or signs you used/wore them
• We can’t take back international orders (orders sent outside the US)
What you can get: Store credit, a different item (swap), or your money back.
Extra stuff:
• If you used Checkout+ when buying: We’ll send you a free shipping label to send items back
• If you used regular checkout: You have to pay for the return shipping (buy a label through our returns portal)
• Final sale items: Can’t get your money back, but you can swap for a different size (if we have it)
• Handmade stuff (carriers, collars, leashes): Only get store credit (no cash back)
• We’ll handle your return/swap within 24 hours
• A 25% restocking fee will be taken out of your refund (this is to cover the cost of checking and repackaging items)
How long do I have to send back an item?
30 days from when you got it!
Can I send back an order that’s shipped outside the US?
Nope, sorry! We can’t take back international orders (stuff sent to other countries).
What if I got the wrong item?
Oops! Email us at support@zubibubi.co with your order number and a picture of the wrong item. We’ll fix it right away!
Can I cancel my order?
Sure! Email support@zubibubi.co with your order number and say “I want to cancel my order.”
Hurry—we can’t cancel it if it’s already been shipped!
Do I get my shipping money back too?
Only if it’s our mistake—like we sent the wrong item or it’s broken. Then we’ll give you back the shipping cost!
How long does it take to get my money back or swap?
We’ll handle your return/swap within 24 hours of getting your package.
• Money back: Takes 3-7 days to show up in your account (depends on your bank)
• Store credit: You get it right away!
