My package says "delivered" but I didn’t get it

Sometimes delivery services mark packages as "delivered" a little early—we’re not sure why either! Try waiting 1-2 more days first. If it still doesn’t show up, shoot us an email at support@zubibubi.co. We’ll sort it out (we’ll file a claim with the delivery service and get this fixed for you!).

Haven’t received my order yet!

Send an email to support@zubibubi.co with your order number, and we’ll jump on it. We’ll check the shipping status, follow up with the delivery team, and make sure your package gets to you ASAP.

How do I get free shipping?

Any order over $49 qualifies for free shipping.(no matter which country you’re in!)

How much does shipping cost?

  • US orders: $8 USD (free if over $70)
  • Orders to other countries (Canada, UK, EU, Australia, etc.): $10 USD (free if over $70)

How long does it take to ship my order?

We usually get orders packed and ready to ship within 48 hours of receiving them!

Note: If you order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we’ll pack and ship it the following Monday

Shipping takes 3-6 days!
